Theo
Kolliniatis took over this landmark 30 year-old restaurant
recently. Theo practically grew up in his uncles restaurant
in Santorini Greece, and has had extensive hospitality experience,
having owned various cafes and restaurants in Melbourne.
Stefano
Ioannou is chef and business partner. He has 20 years
experience as a chef and comes from the coastal area of Greece.
Seafood is his specialty and he says that "we like to spoil
all our customers with choice and wide range of good quality ingredients
we have at Lemnos Taverna".
